Work out regularly? Work out occasionally? Never work out? Why not spend one hour, twice a week, working out and having fun! The hour is split between cardio and large muscle training – simply put, sweating and toning. Check out the first class at no charge; if it feels right, register for the following weeks. Bring sneakers, exercise mat, hand weights and water.
