Nashoba Learn to Skate
Nashoba Youth Hockey's Learn to Skate program is designed for boys and girls who are looking to either learn to skate or to improve their skating skills.  No previous skating experience is required.  Participants will learn basic skating skills including stance, stopping and proper stride.  As students progress, they will learn more advanced techniques including backwards skating, crossovers, edge work, and acceleration.  Skaters are initially evaluated and grouped according to their skill level.  Skaters are continuously evaluated and reassigned when ready for the next group.  Ages 3-14.
