WHY choose WPC
A true enrichment program:
WPC designs separate curriculums for grades K-2, 3-5 and 6-8, with activities that encompass homework help, science, math, technology, storytelling, visual arts, and sports and games. The concepts and skills your children learn in school are reinforced through both simple tasks and challenging interdisciplinary projects, many inspired by programs we include in the curriculum, such as Engineering for Kids, Play-Well Lego, and Money in the Bank.
Activity options, flexible schedules, and Special Program coverage:
At WPC, you can choose from a variety of activities, with flexible days, and hours, that fully support the needs of your child and your family. Plus, WPC has you covered with special full-day, and full-week programs, offered during professional development days, school conferences, and February and April school vacations.
An experienced, dedicated staff:
WPC site directors are passionate, and committed, with years of experience in the education field. Their support staff — high school and college age counselors — contribute a positive, contemporary energy to the program. Most WPC counselors have taken the Parks & Recreation Leadership program. All staff is CPR and First Aid certified.
Collaboration with Westford Public Schools:
WPC has served Westford elementary schools, and middle schools, for over ten years. WPC sites are located at each child’s school to ensure an easy and safe transition from the classroom to the program. Excellent communication between WPC and school staff supports your child’s academic, social, and emotional development.
