Qigong and Tai Chi - Self Care Investments

Qigong and Tai Chi synchronize slow flowing movements, deep rhythmic breathing, and a calm, mindful state-of-mind, to help you reduce stress, improve balance (physical, mental, spiritual), expand range-of-motion, and strengthen the immune system.
Each session meets once a week for four weeks.
