FitPlay helps Preschool/Pre-K children learn about fitness and good health by combining sports-like skills and functional movements with basic nutritional education in a non-competitive setting. Through fun games, songs, and simple exercises, kids will learn the importance of staying active and how much fun it can be.
Instructor: Melissa Matheson,
