Sprint Squad May 8
For Middle School Athletes:

Focusing on FUNdamental skills and drills
Athletes are introduced to speed training in a high-energy environment, with games, relays, and competition that prepare athletes for upcoming fall sports.

Positivity + Training = Junior Speed and Agility
This motivational youth program trains athletes at a competitive level, promoting positivity, confidence, and teamwork.

Practice will run in rain, dress accordingly.

Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
Time: 8:30-10:00am
Location: Stony Brook Middle School Track, 9 Farmer Way, Westford, MA
