Westford Parks & Recreation Special Programs

We've Got You Covered!

Parks & Recreation provides support for parents and children with full-day and full-week special programs during Westford Public School’s parent conferences, professional development days, and February and April school vacations. Special program events are educational, inspiring, and fun, and include a variety of locations and activities such as Maple Sugaring at Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary in Sharon; APEX Entertainment Center in Marlborough; Museum of Natural History, Harvard University, Cambridge, MA.; SEE Science Center in Manchester, NH; Salem Witch Museum, and more!

Program event details, including fees, can be found on Special Program registration forms. Forms will be available online approximately three weeks prior to the event date at Special Programs on westfordrec.com, or at 65 Main Street, 3rd floor, Westford, MA 01886.

October 12: Professional Development Day
LANNI ORCHARDS AND EAST BOSTON CAMP (see below)
NOVEMBER 22: PARENT CONFERENCES, for grades K-8
TYNGSBORO SPORTS CENTER and MOVIE

February 22-25: February Vacation for grades K-8
March 21: Parent Conferences
April 19-22: April Vacation for grades K-8
May 3:  Professional Development Day

* February and April Vacation Special Programs are available for grades K-8. Enrollment is open to children from Westford, as well as to children from Westford's surrounding communities.

There are no Special Programs held on statutory holidays or on the Holiday Break in December. Policies identified in the WPC Parent Handbook also apply to the Parks & Recreation Special Programs.
